Rung ("the app") is a personal life-progress tracker. Your privacy is simple: the app keeps your data on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share it.
The life areas you create (name, icon, color) and your activity logs (including optional notes and timestamps), plus your preferences (theme, reminder settings, onboarding state). All of this is stored locally on your device and never leaves it unless you explicitly export it.
Nothing. Rung has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. The developer cannot see your areas, logs, or any other information.
If you enable the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No notification content is sent to any server.
You can export your data to a file and share it using your device's standard share sheet. When you do, the file goes wherever you choose to send it. Importing reads a file you select. These actions are entirely under your control.
Rung does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be provided with the app. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
